I heard The Lord say: “They think more of Walt Disney than they do of me.”
I said: “Who Lord, who?” He said: “The world.” How very sad, it makes me want to hurl!!!
How could this ever be? After all the things that Jesus Christ has given to us,
This is what the world thinks about more – are you kidding me? May it never be, I thought, so…
I started thinking about it and what do you know, I believe the words of Jesus, you know why?
Everywhere you look there’s a Disney this and a Disney that, Disney gets to them as early as can be, they’re everywhere you’re at, there is a Disney diaper, a Disney hat, all kinds of Disney clothing, a Disney idol, a Disney card, a Disney blanket, a Disney towel, a Disney pair of shoes, a Disney doll, a Disney toy, a Disney book, a Disney movie, a Disney trinket, a Disney character, a Disney cartoon, a Disney food, a Disney game, a Disney cruise, a Disney kingdom, a Disney prince, a Disney princess, a Disney castle, a Disney ride, a Disney hotel, a Disney vacation, a Disney channel, a Disney TV show, a Disney musical, a Disney banner, a Disney souvenir, a Disney poster, a Disney commercial, a Disney song, a Disney ticket, – oh Jiminy Cricket! Charming is used in magic spells, do we see how the devil is trying to get us to sell our souls?
He’s getting us to listen to his junk and watch his trash and we’re being led like blind little trolls.
The Sorcerer’s Apprentice teaches magic: the origin of witchcraft, and we’re ok with that?
Sorcery is supernatural knowledge gained through the aid of evil spirits, often used for evil ends
Witchcraft especially suggests a malign kind of magic, often used against innocent victims
These and others are all themes of Disney movies and entertainment my dear friends
And subliminal messages are doing more damage than you or I thought, they appear in Disney’s films flashing words like SEX, no wonder our society is a mess. Think Disney is family entertainment? Why are there witches and pirates and all things dark? Sorcery comes from the word pharmacy and means drugs, I think you know where I’m going next, witches with apples to tempt, princes and princesses in castles.

Shout His Word out loud, especially Psalm 23, it makes the enemy flee
And Jesus’ Word foretold that this is the way the world would be.
Why isn’t the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ being shouted by His followers?
Let’s not be so lazy, no more wallowing in the mud, the world already has too much crud
He shed His precious blood for us, it’s time to polish our deliveries
And tell the world about the beautiful mysteries of God, let’s not just plod along,
like there are no problems, and like nothing is wrong, look around, things are no longer sound
And soon the world will be silenced by the devastation, gross sins will bring every nation down
We should want others to receive their crowns promised to them that choose Him.

I thought: “Oh Lord, so sad.” What a strange idol has entered, the world is filled with landmines.
Instead of worshipping the One True and Living God, we’re worshipping a man with a mouse
One who’s dead and gone, but his effects are far-reaching, we’re so steeped in it, we’re doused!!
Why’re we on this path, we have the great Savior who loves us so, shouldn’t we be espoused… to Him? Is it the sin of idolatry?
And Walt’s best friend it seems was certainly Mickey Mouse, why they’re even seen holding hands, maybe to encourage even more and more fans to join the club: M-i-c-k-e-y M-o-u-s-e

I would recommend that we each pray and ask The Lord to reveal to us what things we may have in our homes or other places that are not pleasing to Him, and we should try and rid our lives of those things. Our precious Lord should be our only idol. I am especially concerned about children and how we may have opened them up to things unknowingly. May we confess and toss out anything that is not of Him. Particularly creepy are devices that are actually spying on us, like Alexa. Some kids pray to her, like she’s God or a genie. There is the robot named Sophia who is a citizen of Saudi Arabia. She looks and acts and reacts like a human being, with emotions and expressions and is able to hold a conversation. If you ask Google who any famous person is, it answers you, but when you say: Hey Google, who is Jesus Christ, the answer comes back something like: I don’t understand, or I don’t know. Really? I think that says a lot. Satan doesn’t want the world to know who Jesus Christ is because Jesus Christ is the one who has sealed the devil’s fate, he is doomed for all eternity by the power of the blood of Jesus Christ.
